DONT MOVE HERE they dont fix anything the staff is rude havent had ac or heat since i moved here. They lied and said it was pest free moved in ROACHES. Apartment was dirty they never answer the phone and if you say something to them they threatened to evict

The apartment is nice and spacious, BUT you’ll see police officers all the time, children being disrespectful ready to fight people, gun shots near your door or outside and police officers chasing the suspect… it’s insane. So if you can ignore that then you’ll be fine… but personally I couldn’t live out there no more.

I had tried to get an apartment here, but the people there didn't seem interested in renting to me. I filled out the application and had to call them back to remind them I had an appointment to see an apartment. The first apartment they took me to see they weren't even sure it was really vacant. I’d been trying to get a hold of this place for months and being unfamiliar with the area I was persistent because the floor plan was something I was really looking for. They never answer the phone or respond to email and the virtual tour link doesn’t work. So we went in person a few days ago. They have a security guard. I’ve never seen a security guard at an apartment office but I figured ok. I asked about availability and was told by the woman at the desk that she didn’t know what apartments… where available but I could fill out a PRE rental application to see if they’d want to rent to us. So we filled one out. Then she told me it’d be $35. Why would I pay $35 and you haven’t even told me if you have an apartment available and if it’s one that would fit my needs? That makes ZERO sense. So these people charge you to tell you whether they have apartments or not. That’s unethical. Or maybe it’s a way to get your ssn and credit info. Obviously they didn’t get that $35. Still drove through the property just to look around. They’re definitely not using that pre application fee for trash pickup. Because every dumpster was overflowing and there was filthy furniture all over. One of the apartments had a balcony that looked like it was 30 seconds from collapsing. Avoid this place. There’s a reason they don’t answer. And you’d be better off finding a place in an apartment community that doesn’t have unethical business practice as well as unsafe building structure.
