Great

It’s a clean apartment. The complex is alive in a good way which is what we prefer. Children playing, people speak, rental office is fairly friendly. Minor gripes but none that warrants a scathing review. Definitely a nice spot to be at while you are working towards home ownership. Great location as well.

Ive been here 2 years and the community is great! when i was first moving in it took a month cuz it was difficult to get ahold of leasing as they never answered the phone and were rarely in the office, but i fell in love so i was determined. It was worth the hassle, management is great, you can tell they are trying to make the community a great place, the maintenance people are super nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Please please please run from this place! They have wasted so much of our time. We have been speaking to Annalise and Melissa for WEEKS going on MONTHS. Getting information and forming what we thought was a good relationship. We were verbally approved for 2 cats and 2 snakes in the unit by not 1 rep, but 2. So we schedule a time to look at the unit, we loved it. We originally were told to apply in august. After looking at the apartment, we were told there was only 1 person ahead of us on the… waitlist and we should go ahead and apply. So we apply. All of us pay $40 each. Then we hear NOTHING. I call to check on application status and I am told that there are 10 people ahead of me on the waitlist, and that they can no longer accept 2 cats and 2 snakes. Waste of time. I will be reporting them. Please save your time and money!

They don’t answer the phone

I am unsure of what’s going on there but I’ve tried calling multiple times and left messages and no one has gotten back with me or answered the phone at all makes me think this place is not very responsive. The heart of every apartment complex is their leasing staff!

Great place and Great Staff

I must first say the leasing consultant Mirakle has been a pleasure to work with. She truly listened to our needs as far as what we were looking for in an apartment home. She was courteous and truly worked with us. Anyone looking for an apartment please check out Wilsondale and ask for Mirakle she will guide you through the entire process.
