There are several public bus pickups near our complex that the residents take advantage of. The apartments can be either furnished or unfurnished and have one free parking spot. Our rent amount includes water, sewer, and trash removal. Grand Duke is pet-friendly and we love meeting all the animals that reside here! We recently added a dog park to the property!

Great apartments

I love living here and recommend living here to anyone in looking for a home. Maintenance and the leasing office respond quick and always make sure to assist any concerns or situations ASAP. Very friendly neighbors and in a great spot near many different places.

Great place to live on great staff

I have been a resident for a little bit over year now and I love the place and the staff Tyler and Kyle are awesome and take care fast of any needs

Review

The owner and the employees here are the most understanding and respectful people! My boyfriend and I have had no issues and they are very diligent and cautious when it comes to any issue you may have! The complex is kept clean and presentable, and I appreciate how safe I feel.

A great place to live

Shops are very close, and the bus stops are right nearby.
I usually walk to campus.
The staff are very helpful, and the maintenance team is great.
