I was amazed how such a small staff coordinated the Major emergency power and elevator loss. Plus, they were short a #2 position. Henrico Fire was on standby for emergency service without elevators. Dominion Power got most service restored quickly. Finally, Schindler (?) elevator got 2 lifts running to help those trapped on the 1st floor and could not walk up the stairs. The 3rd was restored before nightfall.

Any Apartment complex can keep things running on an uneventful day. Throw a… curve balls their way at the same time and see how they do! Our team at Everleigh rose to the occasion. They got the experts on site quickly. Tagged the 'vaters as out. Plus, ensured the pros called in got the critical work done before dark and completed the next day. The key is always the elevators

Everleigh Short Pump (ELSP) offers a great mix of many of the things we value in a community. Other places excel at one or two offerings. They usually include at least one significant negative issue. ELSP does a lot of things well without any significant issues. Only Heaven is perfect. We were looking for a place that addresses our major needs, includes some pleasantries, and no significant negatives. We found it at ELSP.

Wow! The first real winter in RVA and no shock with the electric bill (pardon the pun). Tat says something about how the ELSP was built and mantained. Ice and snow removal was exceptional. The contractor did not ecase cars in snow with the plows.

Inside the managed to step it up a notch or two with activities to keep us from going stir crazy. Looking forward to the 80 degree forecast.
