Awesome

The property manager and maintenance is fantastic. Victor is always on top of the work orders, and Penny is always there when you need her. Delightful manner, lady, and always has a smile. Love it here at Riverside

Fantastic area

I moved in on may 25th and I must say iv been 100% satisfied with how this place is kept. When I put in a request for somthing to get done, boy does it get done. I had a few wasp nest outside, asked if they can remove them. Week later came back, not a single wasp so far! Penny is literally such a sweetheart, and even left me a little housewarming gift. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. I usually dont ever write reviews, only when something deserves a good review. And this definitely… deserved it. I'm looking forward to continue staying here as long as I can.

Love it!

Lived here for over 5 years now love the view. Me and my daughter really enjoy going fishing and taking long walks. Maintenance is always on time and the office staff is really nice.
