They cash you out when you move out!

I have lived in USA for over ten years. I lived in many different apartments. I always got my deposits back in full. So, you know how good I cleaned the apartments when I moved out. However, this one different. After I moved out over a month, I got a letter from them. It said my deposit is not enough cover their cost. That is a month rent deposit, about $1300. I need to pay $150 more to them. So, just let you know the situation. The apartment is ok. The rent is cheaper than neighbor apartments.

Meh - not great, not bad - good, clean, quiet

Pretty community, quiet neighborhood, shopping center's are close, and I-66 is close (super convenient for commuters).

Leasing staff is not the best... sometimes they're slow to respond, had to call back once 3 days later for an answer - other than that, they're fine. It seems like they second-guess themselves all the time, but maybe I'm just trying to be sympathetic.

Didn't really have any problems with money, so maybe my experience was better, my rent was always paid on-time, water bill was… on the rent bill? Weird, but water bill was pretty consistent for me.

Paid-coin laundry??? Some apartments have them, some do not, I guess it depends on the size?? I had a unit with a coin-laundry and yeah, it's definitely weird, but honestly I just kept a roll of quarters on the washer, it was never a big deal.

Maintenance was fine... I only called them out once while I lived there, and they let themselves in once or twice for some kind of unit check or filter change or something (I DID get notice - I've seen reviews on other sites saying they let themselves in no-notice, I did get a letter on my door 2 days before; a couple more days notice would've been nice, but again, it is what it is). They always did their best to fix/repair anything, though, plus the maintenance guys seem very nice.

ALL-IN-ALL: "GOOD" EXPERIENCE.

Nice community

Really pretty and nice little place close to everything. Good prices good experience good people.
Wish the road down street would match their nice landscaping but sadly it is never same if they are not same property. The others should take attention and do what they do. The blossoms are nice. They do not allow motorcycles

not bad

As for rentals it's good and ok. Pay washing machine. . It's just funny. Dryer free. For the most part it's been a good place to live. If you pay on time there is not a problem. Water bill is now cheaper . Don't know y. neighborhood Is clean and we'll kept. Snow removal this year was not good. If something goes wrong they are on top of it. They do there best to fix the problem. There office customer service is not the most friendly and if it has to do with money it will be a fight. All in all… its safe and clean.

Really nice place to live !! Quite neighborhood and great community! Has a great location is near to the interstate 66 and shopping center is very close.
