Terrific property!
Over the summer I found The Elms at Signal Hill Station via Apartments.com. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their leasing & management staff, in particular Bianca and Priscilla. Bianca is gracious, personable, helpful & professional. She always has a genuine, warm smile and she exhibits a terrific ability to connect with people. I appreciate Bianca’s high level of service and exceptional people skills.
