Love the grove

I love my one bed one bath apartment, plenty of room for the price and more than enough amenities to add to it. Maintenance is on top of everything and its very clean everywhere. Highly recommend!

Great Place

The Grove at Swift Creek Apartments is Great! We love our two bedroom and the walk in closets. We love that the pool is open year around and that maintenance is so good. Alvin is just the sweetest!

Don't let the great landscaping fool you.

I lived here for 2.5 years. Management is extremely unpleasant. Instead of notifying you of late payments so you can pay them accordingly, they wait for the late period to expire and send the bill to court. Maintenance patches things instead of fixing them, such as water pipes under the sink and replacing hot water heaters with old, used ones that made the situation worse. Multiple outdoor stairways leading up to apartments were deteriorating and marked with caution tape when we moved out around… July. But they do have the funds to rebuild the leasing office, and turned two garages into a Bicycle Hub to bring in new tenants. The rent increased dramatically and is now comparable to other area apartments with much better amenities and technology upgrades. Upon moving out, I never received contact by email/phone/at all and recently had a new charge to my credit report. Renters beware.

Great living, poor practices

Had no problems until close to move out when management used every slimy tactic to squeeze as much money out of me before I finally got free. Recommend avoiding this complex.

Very Nice Complex

The Grove is nicely tucked away in a wooded area. The buildings are spaced out so it's not rows and rows of apartment buildings and parking lots. The security gate is not fool proof but is a deterrent. Police officers that live in the community patrol the grounds daily which is an added comfort. Apartments are spacious and maintenance is attentive whenever I have add any issues. The office staff are super friendly! No complaints here.
