Great place

This is my first apartment and they were willing to give me a chance even though I had no credit. Tameka (not sure I spelled her name correctly) has been an amazing help and answered all my questions.

Good office staff

I just moved in over the weekend and crystal has been amazing at answering questions for me even though I’ve been so stressed out. Very spacious and mostly quiet apartment :) thanks for all the help office staff , you guys are great!

amazing!!

Let me start off by saying this is my first apartment and the ladies in the office has been so amazing and patient with me especially crystal. The neighborhood is quiet. If i have an issue inside my apartment the maintenance guys are quick to fix it. I love it here

AVOID THIS COMMUNITY IF YOU CAN!!!!

I had to come back to amend my earlier review because this apartment complex is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!! I have never had such a poor rental experience in my entire life. Maintenance and management are a joke. I am now dealing with a gaping hole with water coming out of it, in the ceiling above my tub and had to deal with it all weekend!! I have gaps under and around my door. I walk up to trash in front of my door and window because the children upstairs keep throwing it out of a window. … I complained about this before when I first moved out here, and it still happens. I feel I have consigned myself to a nightmare for the next year, but I had to come back and edit this review. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would, but I guess they can have the one star for the lady who helped with the application, because she was kind and understanding of the long-term domestic situation I was getting out of. However, I feel I was rushed into a subpar unit just to fill some sort of vacancy quota and I had to warn others. Unless you don't have any other choices, DO NOT LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY!!!!! Save yourself the headache. I will be moving somewhere else at my EARLIEST opportunity.
