Impressions

I've had a mixed experience living at Impression Apartments. The biggest positive is the staff. The leasing office is always friendly, and the maintenance team is amazing. Bobby W. is my go-to, but the entire team is always willing to help, whether you have a work order or not.

My biggest complaint is the parking and towing. I understand the leasing office doesn't make the parking rules, but I wish management would advocate more for residents. There should be a better parking system, such as... resident parking passes, to help prevent unnecessary towing.

The property could also use more attention. The trash compactor is often overflowing, the grounds aren't always well maintained, the dog park needs updating, and there isn't a safe play area for children. I also wish the pool was open on Mondays and stayed open later than 7:00 PM.

The apartment itself has updated floors, cabinets, and appliances, but my unit has no ceiling fan or living room light, and there are no lights in the closets or pantry. For the current rental price, I don't feel the value matches the cost.

That said, the community has been quiet during my time here. I haven't experienced any serious safety issues or excessive noise, which I appreciate. Overall, Impression Apartments has great employees, but the property itself has several areas that need improvement.

Impressions Apartments. The community is generally quiet, and the staff has been helpful when I’ve needed assistance. I appreciate the location because it’s convenient to nearby stores, schools, and daily necessities.

The apartment layout works well for me and my child, and overall the environment feels comfortable and family-friendly. Anytime I’ve had concerns, the team has been professional in addressing them. I’m glad to be part of this community.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. The neighborhood itself it’s great, never had an issues with neighbors or disturbances. The property is well maintained. Maintenance is prompt to request. Office staff occasionally through community events such as a pool party that had free shaved ice, weekly food trucks, a vision board party etc.

My move-in experience was smooth and well-organized. The leasing team was helpful throughout the process and made sure I had everything I needed before moving in. I appreciated how responsive and professional they were when I had questions. The unit was clean and ready when I arrived, which made the transition even easier.
