Beautiful

Venture is amazing! Within 5mins of so many shops and walking trails! A beautiful place to live, friendly neighbors and the stall is a staff that you can bring any problem to and they are more than accommodating!

Do not rent here

ible property manager. The cleaning crew never takes the trash out. The cabanas smell like someone took a poop out there. Definitely not worth the overpriced rent.

Excellent all the way around

The staff is amazing at Venture iN Tech Center. They are extremely friendly, and they hold events for the residents very regularly. The club house/leasing office is the nicest we've ever seen. The pool and pool area is extremely well put together. They have added two very nice grills and a cabana area. There is also a pet spa with a bath and utilities to properly take care of your pet(s). Access to your apartment is very easy. The owner is very personable and regularly visits to check on the... attendants at the social events.The business aspect of the property is very well run and accommodates the needs of the personal aspect.
