Great Apartment and Location

My wife and i have lived at Arbor Pointe for one year, i am active duty military. The one bedroom apartment is a good size, nice layout and affordable. Maintenance and the Office Staff have always been friendly and responsive. We would recommend.

Great Place but needs improvement

I love staying out of Arbor Pointe Apts, it's very quiet and the property manager and staff treats you like family. My only concern about living out here is that the kids don't have like a playground to play on and the laundry rooms needs a makeover because some of the washers and dryer don't even work have of the time plus I be wasting my quarters because sometimes my clothes don't seems clean. I just wish we can have our own washer and dryers that will be cool. But other than that Arbor… Pointe is very clean and staff are the best and very friendly.

Good Apartment

Easy on my budget. My first check pays my rent power and food. Second job takes care of the rest. The location is good. They is improving the property. Me my child live upstairs and we has hardwood floors. I am very happy to have a safe roof over my head. THANK YOU!

You definitely are getting what you’ve paid for!!

I’ve been living in these apartments a little over 7 months. This is my first apartment but it definitely did leave a bad taste in my mouth for the future. So where do I start. When I moved in there was this 1900 century ac unit which made my electricity bill over $200 ever month . They took 4 months to replace that . I’ve had a bubble on my bathroom ceiling for over 3 months I’ve called several times they come out and do absolutely nothing. Don’t know if there is mold or not mind you I have a… 1 year old so very scary. The on-site laundry facilities are disgusting the windows are busted out half of the washer don’t work the floors are nasty and it stinks. If you plan on washing clothes I suggest a laundry mat. It cost more but definitely worth it compared to here.

Renewing

My lease will be ending soon and i am renewing. Whats nice i do not have a car and the bus stop is very close. Maintenance is nice a bit slow sometimes. No complaints or problems.
