Lake Princess Anne Apartments

Dont read the comments from 2018 or before 2018 because another leasing agency took over the complex after that and has made MANY improvements!!! They renovated most of the apartments and made it so beautiful and such a comfortable living space! Also, the property managers, especially Heather, were amazing! Heather helped us so much and made it so easy for us to move into an apartment for the first time! Also, the maintenance people are very nice and personal. Whenever you call them, they're… quick to help and are exceled at what they do. We gave them a list of things that weren't up to our standards when we first moved in. They came 3 days later, checked and fixed everything that was on the list, and were nice about all of our problems. If you're looking at this apartment complex, I strongly recommend it, the neighbors are nice, the lake view is worth the money, the maintenance is fantastic, and the property managers know what they are doing! The new maintenance guys are awesome! Tony and Coop are always friendly and get the job done as soon as they can. The ladies in the office are very helpful and are starting to turn this place around. Can't wait to see how things go in the future!

I live in a newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment. It is lovely and Management is constant working to make many new improvements to the property. Lauren and Heather are very helpful and accommodating to their tenants.

We live in one of the newly renovated two bedroom town homes and we love it! The inside has been completely re-done and you can actively see the management trying to make positive changes and improvement to the property as a whole. Heather, in the leasing office is also AWESOME she will make signing your lease and move-in day as easy and smooth as possible!!
