These apartments are roach infested and the front desk people do not know how to communicate. We still haven’t received our check

LOOK BEFORE APPLYING

This place could be so much better than it it. It needs up-to-date appliances and amenities. The Laundry rooms are DISGUSTING and they always smell like mildew and they are filthy. I go to the laundry mat not too far because the washing machine DO NOT drain all the water out of your clothes. The dumpster areas are deplorable. You will see roaches and spiders, but I can say this when I told the rental office they did send pest control out immediately. Mail boxes don't lock and I have been saying... something about that since I moved in. There is no visitor parking which is stupid. Neighbors are LOUD and OBNOXIOUS... UGH. If I can't find another place before my lease is up I guess I'll be here for another LOOOOONNNNGGGG year. My adivce is to TREAD LIGHTLY

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star

This place is beyond filthy it’s inhabitable and should be condemned. It’s one of the worst slum sites I’ve ever seen. The pests are out of control with everything from bed bugs to roaches and spiders to some unidentifiable critter that even doctors can’t place, and there’s Blood shed all over the laundry facilities. They are horrific and have no qualms about the danger they put resident children and senior citizens in with this kind of unlivable condition. It’s the worst of the worst, I’ve seen... abandoned buildings in better condition.

Mold Ridden Roach Hub

Pest control has always expressed surprise that I manage to keep "so fee" reaches, as compared to the other dwellings, but it is too many roaches for me.

The mold has also made us all very sick.
