Belmont at Freemason

This apartment is really good! The office & Maintenance staff are wonderful and very helpful. Walking distance from everything and also close to the train(tide). Only thing we don't like is parking in the garage, it makes getting groceries home a hassle. But parking is the same in any apartment downtown.

Pros:
I found that Belmont had beautiful apartments (bigger than a lot of places downtown with nice finishes) but that might be because they're only barely downtown. They aren't as close to the fun things downtown as I would like them to be. In fact, the only place I walked regularly to was the gym and the light rail (both of which are VERY conveniently located). If that's all you want then maybe it'll work for you!
Also, the parking situation was very nice. You only share the garage with the… people at the YMCA so parking availability is pretty stable. There's also free parking around which is very convenient for when you have guests over.

Cons:
The amenities were almost nonexistent. The gym was a joke. Really just a closet.
