Noise, neighbors, overflowing sinks because another unit clogged the garbage disposal, rarely cleaned, trash and food everywhere, noises neighbors like frat parties, drugs, lots of drugs and pot smell, a big 20 million dollar drug bust from this place, look it up! Tons of flies come up from the trash in the enclosed basement. I’ve had issue with my place that hasn’t been addressed, Worst place I’ve lived...

I was shown a bunch of beautiful amenities that enticed me to sign the lease. Ever since then, the management company has been rude and confrontational, and they restrict access to the amenities and threaten to fine you if you use them. Find someplace that is more worth the money, like anyplace else.

I have live at Icon for a little bit over a year and have loved every minute. The past management company was a little shaky but the new management, WOW I can’t say enough good things about them. They communicate to the residents about everything and keep us informed about the what nots going on around the building. Before they got their email system they would walk the entire building (19 floors) and hand deliver notices almost daily which shows the importance of communication is to them. They... have thrown some amazing resident events so far and I look forward to the ones to come. The amenities we have as well are top of the line and make you feel like you’re living your best life. We have the best gym compared to any apartments in norfolk. If you ever need help they are there to listen and take action. The ladies in the office are the best of the best and I’m so glad we have them at Icon. Cheers
