Ocean View Lofts

I loved living here. It has everything I need within walking distance and it’s right down the street from the beach! My neighbors were really friendly but everyone still seemed to mind their business which I liked. Maintenance responds very quickly! The building is very old & I believe was a school in the early 1900s but the new management has done a good job at keeping up with property.

One thing to look out for is that this area does not have proper surveillance, so lock your car doors and... be safe leaving the building when it is dark. Overall the rent was reasonably priced. I would’ve definitely stayed here through my two year lease but I had to leave the state for new employment. Overall, I give this place a 4 out of 5. Really gonna miss living here. Read More
