Very great experience

I am really enjoying and delighted by my new unit at Waters Edge Apartments! Searching for my next home was a difficult and stressful experience coming from Iowa to Virginia. I want to express my gratitude to Bianca for welcoming me into the community.

Unprofessional

I called earlier in the week to schedule a tour to view one of their apartments. Once I arrived a lady came to the door and asked how she could help me I told her I was here for a tour. She stated that she was sorry her and the other guy were on lunch and asked could I come back 30mins after my scheduled time! I am very disappointed!

Nice quiet beautiful community

Love how it’s close to the highway but far enough to not have to hear the noise associated. Property is well kept, quiet and being by water you get that nice breeze. Staff was excellent

NOT worth the money

Moved here in January, had consistent problems with our air not working until they finally replaced our unit in April. Our dishwasher has not worked the entire time we been here. Maintenance does not know how to fix things, they do patch up work. Parking is terrible at night.

Please beware

Lies about working fireplaces, infestation of roaches, spiders and water leaks outdated apartments, noisy neighbors, no parking at night unskilled maintenance staff.
