Very unprofessional place. Do not live here. Overpriced. A/C system always smells bad, huge water bugs enter home during summer, management does not care about residents.

To get in to Springhouse, communication was very often, but once I had my first issue, things went downhill from there. In the first month October 2019, my heat was not working. I put in the order and someone came out about 3 days later when I wasnt home and said it was fixed. When I got home it worked for 2 days then went back out. I did mention it not working again and requested to be home when they came. I did not truly get the issue resolved until about April or May of 2020. Then my door... latch was broken. I was advised to keep the chain lock on it and I should be ok. About 2-3 weeks later, that was fixed. Then my dryer went out I put in the order, 2-3 weeks later someone closed it but had not been out to my home. She called to have me do the survey on the work and I told her it had not been fixed. So she reopened the work order so it looked as though I had just put it in again. I really just want to move. Going on 2 years here and every time I try to move out, there is some stipulation.
