Worst Apartment
On the outside looking in, you’d think these apartments are pretty decent — but the moving process was absolutely ridiculous. On the day of my move, I got a call saying the unit I was supposed to move into wasn’t even available. They tried to make it seem like the new unit I’d be getting was an upgrade, but when I arrived, it was dirty and disappointing.
The dog park is disgusting. The trash is never changed, and there are no poop bags in any of the stations — yet they complain about people not... picking up after their dogs. How is it our responsibility when management can’t even keep the stations stocked?
Parking is another nightmare. It’s honestly rude to charge residents for parking. On top of that, my neighbors constantly have tons of guests who take up the entire parking lot, so by the time I get home from work, I can’t even find a spot. When you contact the office about it, they just give you the runaround. They keep saying assigned parking is “coming soon,” but no one knows when — or if — that’s actually going to happen.
At this point, if I can, I’m breaking my lease. I refuse to keep living somewhere where I have to drive what feels like a million miles just to find a decent parking spot after a long day — especially when I’m paying rent every month.
