Workers got a lot of attitude, can’t keep track of money can’t keep track of deposits. They changed the way you pay rent so you can only pay with debit credit or e check and all of those options have a $50 “convenience” fee, but if you want to write a check it can only be on the 5th. The work team doesn’t come out for requests. A valet trash service is offered but the trash is then never picked up so service is never fulfilled. Don’t apply here! I applied and they accepted me. I paid the deposit & 2 days before I was suppose to move in, they called me and told me that they lost my deposit! They refuse to do anything about this and told me I would have to pay the deposit again for the 2nd time. Now I can’t move in and I have lost over $1000! The management was very rude and irresponsible and I don’t recommend applying here. It seems like they just want to take your money!

Lived here since July 23, they moved me into a bug infested apartment and have not been able to fix the infestation. Run away

I just moved in and Ms. Connie is so nice and helpful! It’s a lot of space from my last place and I love the amenities. 10/10.

Spectacular office staff, always willing and ready to help with any questions. Homes are spacious and well maintained by a great service team. Great location, anything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips.
