The greatest decision since moving to VA

I moved here in 2024, new to VA and I can say I made the best decision! I am from the west coast and wanted a space that was welcoming, close to work and accommodating to my long term plans in VA. The community and staff is sweet, the grounds are immaculate and whenever something is needed they are there to help!

Great Vibes

Moved in July 31st and I haven’t had any issues.

- Beautiful apartment with updated appliances ; no carpet (MAJOR PLUS).
- staff is available and helpful
- maintenance is responsive.
- Move in was straight forward and streamline process

Overall I recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone.

Move here at your own discretion

As a former resident who has now gotten out, I have to agree with the previous reviews.

We paid a pest control fee every single month while living there, we saw bugs in our apartment, specifically spiders every single day as well. If you want to know how many times pest control came and treated our apartment in a 13 month span, the answer is zero!

I’ve had an encounter where the front office mistakenly put my money for rent on someone else’s account and had I not been so responsible to check... the portal to make sure my rent was actually paid, I would have never known.

Each and every time you go into the office, there were tons of other people waiting so you could never have a discreet conversation with office staff about your questions and or concerns. The lack of urgency was outrageous.

The good thing is the location, you have access to so many things there and that’s what I’d say I miss about living here.
