The Four Winds at Oakton

I have lived at Four Winds for 2 years. While it is made up of several buildings with multiple levels and around 10 apartments per floor, it is actually a quiet neighborhood. I never hear my neighbors. It is also very pet friendly. The grounds crew here is great. the neighbor hood is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is convenient to the Vienna metro and the entrance to 66 is right outside the neighborhood. When I moved in, the stairs were terrible. However, they have since been replaced.... The only thing I would say is that the windows are very drafty. If the condo owner has not replaced them, you will want to insulate them in the winter. The only reason that I am moving is that I need to move to a 3-bedroom to accommodate family. Otherwise I would definitely stay here. Read More
