Round Hill Meadows

The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and always put a lot of effort into making it a fun place to live. They create monthly resident events where we enjoy games, food, prizes and a lot of laughter. We have great amenities such as fireplaces, solariums, washer and dryers and spacious walk-in closets. I just love living here!

The closets are VERY spacious and the area is nice and walkable - the solariums are a nice touch. Now for the realness - I lived over here for several years and watched everything decline slowly. Management is spotty, the turnover is high and rules are implemented and changed with this, so there's no consistency for residents. The assistant property manager seemed to be of good nature during interactions. Maintenance is slow to respond to tickets, if at all, and the man there upon my… departure wasn't personable like the rest have been and ensured vehicles were towed. I've not seen anyone with a vendetta against the residents. Pest control needs to be done in every unit regularly and NOT just when requested by the unit there are roaches, spiders, house centipedes, millipedes, ants, and black beetles that squeeze underneath the door frame (let's fix this!). It is not a good environment for children, there aren't enough amenities for them to be active outside and when they are it's scrutinized by management and they terminate your lease. Most activities scheduled for children by the office was never coordinated with school hours, so it was redundant. They try, but they fail. A lot needs to be done to make the place livable and the housing that is being built near this complex will probably create another rental increase which would be great if there were upgrades with it. The area desperately wants to be upscale, but it's poorly constructed and managed with the ability to hear everything the upstairs or downstairs neighbors are doing and when any door closes in any apartment within the building there is not enough pizzazz for the price. From the horrible customer services, very thin walls and floors (you can hear your neighbors upstairs talking and their conversations), wild cats and dogs everywhere outside and in the dumpsters, drug addicts and drug deals, loud cars flying though the community all hours, and loud loud loud neighbors. This is a very horrible place to live especially if you have children.

Every time they’ve listed I’ve called emailed and try contacting to get a rental, not only does it say they’d re open in their office but that I’m well within the correct business hours. I never get a response. I phone always goes to voicemail and my emails are never responded. This is very unprofessional
