Great Residents, Problems with Management

Community is wonderful, have made many friends, and the relationships are going to last beyond my time staying at this apartment complex. Tye rent has gone up twice during 4 years of residence. I was asked to leave after a new resident moved in and a discussion between the management and this resident occurred, after which the resident made several noise complaints at any noise coming from my residence, all the while making an enormous amount of noise herself. The noise complaints resulted in my… lease being terminated and I was given two weeks to leave. The office staff is friendly and well meaning, but unfortunately in handling the termination of my lease, were sneaky and scheming to accomplish what they decided needed to happen.

Loving our home

The Landings is our home now. We've only been here for two months, but have enjoyed it immensely. It is definitely worry free living for us as a retired couple. The office staff and maintenance are outstanding and made us feel at home immediately. Our neighbors are great and quiet. In unit washer and dryer, fitness center and amazing views.

Terrible Management

Beautiful apartments but the management is terrible. Wont address your concerns and everyday there are new rules. You will be told one thing and the next day its completely different. Been living here years and things are always changing. Management wont address the real issues. The outside appearance has gone down hill, dirty walkways and siding. Trash goes flowing out of the trash cans all weekend unless residents empty it. Use to be a nice place to live until the new management took over.

Terrible!

Terrible management. Way under employed office. Takes them more than 6 weeks to process an application. The employees (Leslee and Venessa) act as if it's their first day on the job. They make a ton of mistakes which will cost you a lot of time driving to their office and back. They make promises that they don't keep. Their hours are written as 9-5 but they randomly close down the office, so good luck catching them there. Don't go here if you want to save your nerves.

RUN!!!

Beautiful apartments...awful management!!! Do not live here!! They did not clean my apartment before I moved in...black hair and bugs everywhere and many other damages yet charged me 400 dollars when I moved out of there for damages were already left. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
