All maintenance does is drive around on a golf cart, and pick up the trash when someone important is coming by. The amenities are never open and what they advertise is false. For example, the big gym you see online is in the community center that has been locked for the last 2 years that I lived here. Including the office gym is shut down for a year now, and the smaller gym the door is always stuck. The carwash area is a spicket, and a broken vacuum plus you have the be careful of the glass... everywhere from the trash.

Extremely friendly and professional staff in the leasing office. I'd love to give 5/5 stars, but my apartment has a fracture in the wall plaster that was there upon arrival and my dishwasher has been broken for three months now. Other than that I love it here. The view from my apartment is lovely and the park is easy to access.

Terrible place to live

TL;DR Do not move here. As someone that works from home, I had to move out before renewing my lease. The neighbors on all sides of me were absolutely chaotic. I probably called the office over 100 times as well as the police and fire department. Take your money elsewhere if you value your peace of mind.
