Amazing Community
Great communication, desire to help, the land lord has done everything she could to help me as a veteran and im beyond grateful! The owner Noelle will do everything to make sure your unit is squared away!

A Place To Call Home
I just moved here a few months ago and I love it. So glad I chose Odd Fellows to call my home. It is modern, cozy,,comfortable, peaceful, extremely quiet, and a very safe environment. The landlord is above exceptional and prompt at all that she does. Cleanliness within the building is great and a plus. Odd Fellows is a great choice to call “your home sweet home”.

Quiet place to live!
I have lived here for 2 years & lived across the street at 132 N sycamore as well. (same owners) EVERY concern I have had, has been addressed promptly and appropriately. it’s been very quiet for apartment living. Everything is all within 15 minutes of driving whether you’re going to petersburg or colonial heights. Highly recommend the odd fellows building to anyone looking for an apartment!
