Great Community

Great Engineered community with the benefits of Poquoson Schools.

Essentially a great way to be attached the city and not the town of poquoson if you know what I mean. lol

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS!!!!!!

These brand new apartments in Poquoson are PERFECT!! They’re brand new and very luxurious. The staff is great and very helpful. The property is always so clean I feel like I’m living in a 5 star hotel!! Couldn’t think of a better place to call home :)

Beautiful Property & Great Location

The Flats at Legacy staff has been great with helping in every aspect of our move. The grounds are very well kept. This is very quiet and conveniently located community. Our two bed is very spacious with high ceilings, amazing appliances, and kitchen space. 10/10 recommend!
