Not The Same

Been here for a couple of years now and it used to be a good place to live but a lot has changed. The apartments are nice plus you have an in unit washer and dryer and some paid utilities very good for the price......BUT wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It takes forever to get things fixed, office staff is no help, sometimes trash is just thrown any -where, the kids are terrible and bullies, the neighborhood and area is just awful every time you turn around you here gun shots and sirens… all around you....and a business in the area has gotten robbed

Independence square

I've lived in my apartment for a year next month. I love my apartment but not the neighborhood or my neighbors on most days. I'll be moving closer to work next month into another apartment. I wish I could take the apartment that I am in and move it with me. Although I live next to the playground and the pool, It's been a nice place to live. Hopefully, my new one will be nice as well.

Independence square apartments

Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice size bedrooms and large master walk in closet.Very friendly office staff. Nobody hanging outside of the units or in front of your door. Washer and dryer included in each unit and water is included in your rent. On the bus line and walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Independence square apartments

Nice quiet neighborhood. Large bedrooms with an extra large master closet. Very nice size kitchen and bathroom. It has a living room and dining area and a patio or balcony. Excellent rental office staff.Nice and clean and nobody standing outside around the units or in front of your doors. It' s on the bus line and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Water is included in your rent and a washer and dryer is included in each unit.
