I've been living in this neighborhood over ten years. The staff is easy to work with. Moreover, the lead maintenance man is friendly who comes second to none when providing any maintenance needs.

Great!
I lived here with my family for 2 years. I never had a problem with the staff and they were always friendly and very helpful. If I had an issue that needed attention they were quick to fix it for me. I would recommend this place at anyone.

Pretty gosh darn good
While this isn't -technically- an apartment complex, I think a townhouse applies, yeah? I moved to Norfolk on orders, and while my hubby and I liked other areas, something about this place felt right. At first, we moved into a one-bedroom townhouse, and loved it. Our back porch (small though it was) was excellently isolated, the rooms were just spacious enough, a washer and dryer was included in the rent, and all for about $850! (For non-military/police folks, this will be about $900) While... this house wasn't very close to base, there are very many restaurants and stores around, so we never got bored. The landlady was very understanding-though not lenient by any measure-when it came to transitions and rent. And she was very quick to stand up for her tenants when it came to solicitors and the like.
About six months into our lease, I caught the baby bug. Even though the complex was in a bit of a rush, as I had her around moving season, the landlady bent over backwards to make sure we had a place to move into. And any cleaning charges from the last place were understandable. Finally, an admission-I was not the best tenant. As the cost for having a pet is rather high (initial $200 deposit per pet, plus $20 a month per pet) I neglected to tell her about my rather high-strung little creature. When the post-moving inspection was complete, and the presence of a cat was obvious, she simply had me come by the office and fill the paperwork from that day forward. She could have been a lot worse about it, and I am grateful for her understanding. I will be sad to leave when I go.
