maintence takes forever to get to you and when they do the job is never actually finished , there is mold in my kitchen cabinets from BEFORE i moved in last year and they have yet to take care of it , they simply recaluked the bathroom tiles when one was sticking out instead of fixing it (which now it is very sharp and i have cut my hand on it multiple times) , there was a leak in my childs bedroom which took them over 3 months to fix and when they fixed it they didnt check for mold which could... have accumulated and they did not repaint the walls from the water damage , when we moved in we were told it was all electric then received a gas bill from the office stating that we owed them for 3 months of gas , maintenance people are rude amd track water , dirt , and mud into your home and do not clean it up . just a lot of things and my husband and i are looking forward to when our lease is up so we can go elsewhere . This apartment complex has great curb appeal. It's clean and very quite. The units are very spacious. There are two full bathrooms and there is a washer and dryer inside the unit and plenty of closet space. This apartments are very affordable.I love these apartments
