We are repeat renters in the Harrison - two units over the past four years. We love it here. The leasing office (thank you Brandon!!) is very helpful, the concierge staff is great (thanks, Eddie) and the building upkeep and maintenance are excellent. Steve & Sara M.

we are a few years from retirement so decided to start downsizing now. 2750 sq ft to 739 sq ft. Wow! The Harrison has made this transition amazing. The thoughtfulness built into this complex is perfect. Gracious gathering areas, in/out pools, top of the line everything!!! Beautiful appointments in each apartment. Dog park and dog spa. People workout area complete with locker room, spin room, yoga room, sauna, massage rooms. Superb staff. Classes, awesome location, anticipation of any... needs. They have everything to create comfortable, upscale and safe living! Thank you Harrison!!

I have lived in Reston, VA for a little over 2 years and have honestly not really been a fan. Everyone I meet loved the city but I was having a hard time acquiring a taste for it after living in St. Louis and Philadelphia the 3 years prior to moving to Reston. However, within the last 3 weeks, I have fallen in love - with Reston that is. A major part of this has to do with moving to the Harrison. It feels like luxury city living, except we have free parking!
My one-bedroom unit in itself is... beautiful with a juliet balcony and I absolutely love utilizing my modern kitchen (literally only improvement here could be a gas stove vs flat top electric, but I'm just being super picky saying that). However, the best part about the Harrison is the amazing community space and events that it provides. Every nice night, I am grilling on top of the roof and then have the luxury of watching a beautiful sunset. Even when fall rolls around, I'm excited to use the club house to eat then sit out by the fire pit and watch some football on the outdoor big screen TV. Being a professional fitness trainer in the past, I appreciate the high end gym, yoga studio, (cycle studio could have fewer but better bikes if I had my choice), indoor pool, sauna, boot camp & yoga classes and it even boosts a locker room! It is without a doubt the nicest apartment gym I've seen in any of the cities I have ever lived.
The Harrison is also working on providing a sense of community with its residents. Every month we have a newsletter and calendar that lists all of the fitness classes, cooking classes (oh, did I fail to mention an industrial kitchen, poker tables, shuffle board tables and lounge on the first floor?!), happy hours and catering events. I never thought that a move across the parking lot could make me that much happier with being a resident of Reston. I am already taking advantage of living so close to the Town Center and love taking walks at night (especially Saturdays in the summer when there is live music) and the frozen yogurt employees have my order memorized...oops.
It is slightly expensive to live here, but it is worth every penny. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with on whatever issue you may have. I highly recommend The Harrison!
