There are rats EVERYWHERE! They were coming out of every crack in the apartment. Imagine using the bathroom and rats… and I mean plural come running from under the bathroom cabinet!! You can go to the office to try to get help but they’ll just flip through 20+ pages of rodent complaints and add you in at the very end of the list. And if they do show up to help it’s weeks after the initial complaint and they’ll only show up with 3 traps for the entire apartment!! The rats are on every single… surface and in everything! And then while we’re dealing with that, our ceiling literally COLLAPSED in the middle of winter?? The property manager Ada was very helpful through the tour and application process. The property was clean and seems to be very family friendly with a large park and dog park. Being close to the town center and toll road was a huge plus.

This place is the most horrible place I have ever lived at. For a non smoking community they sure do smoke up a storm, people play soccer in their apartments late at night so all you here is bang bang bang and everything in your apartment moves. Management is horrible, I think they find them at the five and dime store. No one here has any respect for anyone else. Little kids unsupervised play in the parking lot at night, one of them already got hit by a car because people race in and out. Some… tenants have died in their apartment due to drug overdoses,. people kick in other people's apartment doors looking for stuff. Barking dogs all night. Etc... Read More

I understand severe staffing issues during the pandemic, but we haven't had consistent trash removal for months at Reston Glade. All dumpsters are constantly overflowing into the surrounding parking lots/sidewalks, and we don't seem to have professional trash removal any more. Sometimes one or two people will come and load garbage by hand into the back of a truck and take it away, but that's it. At times, the piles of waste almost obscure the dumpsters. It's an eyesore, but it's also unhygenic… and dangerous. The rent is great here and I love the apartment layouts and location, but if you don't want to live in a landfill, reconsider. Read More
