The location is great for accessing major highways but the lack of lights in the coat closet and laundry area takes away from the “spa” feel of the property.

The location and design of The Avant is excellent, but deferred maintenance is a problem. The fireplace in the lobby has not worked for two to three years, the hallway carpets are stained and the hallway light fixtures have yellowed and cracked shades throughout, just to name a few items.
