Perfect location for city living! So many restaurants and breweries within walking distance and of course the baseball diamond is right down the street. I don't have any complaints.

Scotts Addition

I wanted to be part of and witness the growth of a new neighborhood and I found it here at the Scotts Addition area of Richmond, Virginia. This was and still is a old industrial area of town that is evolving into a very cool eclectic neighborhood with brewerys, many restaurants some old and many new, a movie theater,art and antique shops. The building used to be the Eskimo pie factory and is in the perfect location with a rooftop pool, 24 hour fitness center and many other cool amenities like a... pool table and a common area that includes a kitchen and televisions. With the baseball stadium a few blocks away I get to see fireworks a couple times a week. There is so much activity here that some weekends I there is no need to drive.
