This is a very nice apartment. However, if you live on the backside of the building you will not have a good experience. There are constantly trains going by 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The sound insulation is awful and it sounds like trains are going through your bedroom in the middle of the night. Leasing agents tell you that only a few go by a day and they aren't very loud... Tour and hear one for yourself before you make the decision.
