Not bad for the price. 795 for a 2 bed, with water, trash, sewage, parking included. Heat is all gas, which you have to pay for when it gets cold. All appliances electric. I like the place because it has sideways windows, and I like the old architecture. It's decently spacious at 850 square feet. Also, for my apartment at least, one of the bedrooms is much smaller than other, and the other is relatively large. Certain things are poopy though. The back door is in shambles, doorknob... completely ripped off. The back stairwell is completely infested with bugs because the door has no way of closing and it leads outside. I haven't put in a ticket to fix it yet, but even then i wonder if the will even fix it considering what i have heard the neighbors say. My neighbor was fussing at the landlord because he was trying to use the fire extinguisher and it didn't work because it was broken. There were no working smoke detectors in the apartment. There were supposed to be two according to the lease, but there was only one in the closet without batteries. All bills can be payed through an online portal, which is convenient.
The reason I say three stars is because I like old places with the architecture and whatnot; simply a matter of personal taste. Read More
