Outstanding!
I moved to 8th & Main in March of 2017 after looking at over a dozen different apartments in the downtown Richmond area. Everything is included in the rent, all utilities, cable TV, internet and parking! No other property I looked at offered parking without an additional fee. I think its the best deal in town. 8th and Main has a pool on the roof, a large gym on the ground floor and a convenience store next to the lobby. The apartments are clean and modern with great features like granite... countertops, stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer in each unit. The building is located in the heart of downtown Richmond with nice restaurants within walking distance. The onsite management staff are friendly, efficient and professional. I am vey happy I chose 8th and Main.
