Argon Apartments are one of the BEST apartment buildings I’ve lived in. The property management is top tier—helpful and eager to solve any problems you may have. Sandra is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with, and Robert is so nice and helpful. This is the first apartment complex I’ve ever lived in where I’ve genuinely felt like the staff CARE about their residents and their resident’s happiness and TAKE care of them. I’ve literally seen Sandra picking weeds out in the parking lot at... 6 pm on a Friday. I’ve seen her working in the office late in the evening. I’ve seen Robert go the extra mile to remedy something that was wrong, including replacing my entire air conditioning unit when it wasn’t working properly. The whole Argon team is on top of it. Aside from this, the apartments are in a great location, affordable, and nice. The windows are huge and allow for a lot of light to come in. The residents are also super respectful, and it is fairly quiet most of the time. It’s within walking distance of the fan and Scott’s Addition without the Scott’s Addition price tag. As someone who worked from home for my entire time living there, I spent most of the past 2 years in my apartment, and it became such a home for me. There aren’t enough kind words to describe how well I was treated by the property manager. I was looking for a PSI location and was informed that it was no longer there, but the property manager not only offered to help me find them, she called them herself. She brought out toys for my 3 year son and just treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. If I lived in Richmond, I would live here solely because of this amazing woman. The apartments are quite beautiful as well.

This is one of the best apartment establishment i have ever layed my eyes upon. This is not only a fine housing district, but it is a very fine region of living. Its beauty brings me to tears.
