Cloverleaf Lake Townhouse Apartments

I appreciate continued improvement! In the two years I’ve lived there, sidewalks have been re-done, we got assigned parking spots (plenty of visitor ones too!), and landscaping was always great (flowers, mulch, power washing sidewalks and patios, they even put ice melt stuff on your walkway to the parking lot before bad weather (every time!). Truly care about residents and I am so impressed.

Parking sucks have to constantly spray for roaches coming from one of my neighbors apartment. Manager rude

Positive note: Victor and team are the best will fix things right away when u call. Down stairs perfect up stairs need a little more work than paint I do like the large bedrooms

When I first moved here things were good, but now it seems like they have fallen off the mark. Trash is everywhere the maintenance guys use to ride out every morning and police the area. Another issue here is the parking, your suppose to have a decal or you will be towed but that is not enforced, complained about a couple of times with no results. Needed to move away from the city to save some money and found a good place. Generally quiet neighborhood and the townhouses are well kept. The community advertises a fishing lake, but the lake seems a little "trashy". Nice swimming pool area and large complex.
