absolutely disgusting

Went to tour this place recently and it was INFESTED with roaches. They were all over the floor, dead ones, almost dead ones, some just walking around and the person giving the tour, while nice, just acted like it was no bid deal. There were tiny ones along the walls too, and on the doors, and more dead big ones in the room I toured.
The place just had a bad smell too. And, in the room I toured, the closet door was broken off the rail, and the lights didn’t work in the main room. So so many red… flags.

Was shown the laundry room and there were of course more roaches, even a trap in the corner that was FULL. I wanted to run out of that place as quick as I could, I wish I had as soon as I saw the roaches in the first hallway.
I know some places are bound to have the occasional bug, but this was ridiculous, and it seemed like no big deal to them.
I wouldn’t even bother touring this place unless you wanna see how gross it was for yourself.

Look Elsewhere

I have only lived here 2 months and I am already regretting it. The apartment floorplan I applied for online did not match the unit I moved in to. I was not able to see the unit prior to move in, so that is kind of my fault - but basically also told by them to just deal with it, I already signed the lease. There are roaches all over the place and it is just disgusting. There is a musty smell throughout the building and layers upon layers of paint everywhere. The only fix they do is paint… over issues. The neighbors are loud and smell awful. There are many minority families that are cramming 8 people in a 2 bed apartment, causing hygiene and cleanliness issues for other units. Overall, I hate it here and I can't wait to leave.

The best most remarkable staff ever to assist you in finding your ideal home !!! They make you feel comfortable and they are such a joy to be around! They take their jobs seriously and are accommodating and follow up with you ! Please stop in to three chopt west today ! They are absolutely the greatest!!

Three Chopt West Apartments!

This is a very nice community. I have enjoyed living here for the past 6 years. I would recommend to all my friends and family. The office staff is superb! I am greeted very friendly when I come into the office. The staff and maintenance is very efficient.
