How Is This Rating Determined?

8/5/15

Cokesbury Bldg

It has lots of space for a one bedroom and central heat/air. I live on the fifth floor so we have good elevator service and a secure door at the entrance. It's a little old and the appliances are outdated, but the rent is low compared to other apartments in the area. Good for working students and now that's just what I am. I'm still out the lookout for a better place here or if we decide because of our careers move elsewhere.
