Management is rude especially over the phone. The place is over crowded and parking is horrible. The electric wiring is absolutely horrible. Fuses blow all the time. You literally can not microwave and toast bread at the same time. Bugs galore throughout the community. It's just a nasty place to be. Don't waste your money or time even looking into it.

I went into the leasing office today curious about what options they had for me as a potential resident. They were so rude and stared at me blankly. I told them why I was there and there was a long awkward pause before she finally asked me to fill out an information card. I asked a few questions about the apartment complex based on notes in my phone and one lady questioned my motives for asking questions pointing out the fact that I kept looking at my phone. They accused me of lying about why I... was there. They were so rude. I asked about how they felt about safety in the area and one lady said she had no opinion; the other lady referred me to the police to ask them about crime in the area. I have never felt so offended in my life.

Landmark property allowed me and my family to move in back on 2007 when I lost my daughter no question ask they took the time to support me and my family and we still are tents to this day. So I want to thank them for their support over the 8 years of me living out here in Old Bridge Apartment

This is a terrible place to live. They will tow your vehicle without notice if it is missing the decal EVEN if someone has very obviously busted your window and clearly taken the sticker. Very predatory tow truck company is able to terrorize the community and tow residents cars without any problem due to the management just not caring. Stay away! Community has become extremely run down.
