do not even attempt applying. After canceling my application the office claimed to have processed my refund of the $500 security deposit, yet I've gotten nothing. When I toured the building I was told that administrative and application fees would be wavered if I applied within 48 hours; I called and emailed multiple times, yet that waver never came. Now I am down a total of $650 since they will not refund administrative fees and they have yet to refund the $500 owed after 2 weeks. The office... never answers the phone so its no use calling! Honestly really liking it at Iron House so far. I was a little nervous at first because of some of the bad reviews, but the rent price made me want to give it a shot and I’m glad I did.

The lighting in my apartment is so good. The windows are huge on the top floor, and all the natural light makes the space feel way more open and nice. The location is also super convenient, everything I need is pretty close by, which is a big win.

The office staff were really helpful during move-in and made... everything way easier than I expected. They were super chill and answered all my questions.

Also haven’t had any maintenance issues yet, so I can’t really comment on that, but so far everything’s been smooth. Read More

The management company here does not have the manpower, or desire to help residents with issues. the building is collapsing, they only repair things that make it APPEAR good. They must underpay maintenance people, and keep them understaffed. you legitimately can't get ahold of a single person even if you have a major issue. I am not exaggerating when I say this:
contact them 9-11 you have a 25% chance to reach them... 11-1 0% chance.. 1-4 40% chance.. I really don't understand how it is legal,... the way they neglect residents. Not to mention this particular apartment, uses a code, and the code is known by locals who live on the streets and vandalize the common area, steal mail, and urinate in the back hallways, with zero consequence. Terrible management and poor service. Save your money

Paper thin walls, front and rear entrances usually left unlocked and broken into and packages left out in the open to be stolen. Two cars in the past 5 months have been broken into the parking garage below the residences. Homeless man smoking and sleeping on a bed below the stairwell for over a month now stinking up half the building. Floors in the building rarely get cleaned. Funky smell throughout the entire building.
