Lived here since November

This property is perfect for my needs. I pay far less than I would in other places for similar amenities. I love the walkability to Carytown and Scott's Addition. The pool has been a huge plus for me in the past warm few weeks. It is very well maintained. When I put in maintinence requests they are always dealt with promptly. I even threw a christmas party in the on site clubhouse space! There are a few minor downsides. My unit does not have a bathroom outlet which can be annoying but is not a… dealbreaker. The bathrooms also have very little air circulation so we have had a minor issue with mold however it is quite easy to kill and clean. For the price I pay it is very worth the money.

Not worth the money

my heat has broken four times in the last three months. maintenance seems to just put on bandaids. if you call emergency maintenance be prepared to leave several messages and still wait several hours

the apartments are crummy, there are brand new apartments with better amenities for similar pricing.
