The community at these apartments is great.The people are nice and friendly. The rent rate is fair and there is enough storage in the two bedroom, 1 and a half bath. There is a nice pool and playground for kids. They keep the property looking nice and the maintenance is fast and efficient. The downside is there is no washer and dryer hookups, so you have to use a laundry room with a card that you load cash onto. There is also no gym on site. Also water and gas are included on rent every month... with a $50 cap on gas. Stove and heat are gas powered and only reach the cap in winter when it is colder. Overall a nice, quiet place to live.
