Avoid at all costs

Don’t bother unless you’re already cozy with the HOA—cliquey, spiteful, all around awful place to live. For example—don’t expect a noise complaint to ever be addressed if your upstairs neighbors clomps like a Clydesdale all night but if you leave a plant in the hallway for everyone’s enjoyment you can expect to hear about it.

Good location

Apartment has a great location in the Fan. Next to a small market place and 2 bars. It is quite most of the time in the area, but weekend nights can be a little louder if you are outside. Nice area for walking outside during the day and a gym is only a few blocks away. Not to many students (VCU) live in the area also (they are priced out of it). Live here a few years in your late 20s.
