Lack of security

Car has been broken into a long with packages stolen all the while paying extra for Parcel delivery and parking my car in apartmenr garage.

Pot smokers ruining a good thing

We love the view and the amenities that Shiplock views has to offer. However, there are marijuana smokers that are ruining the whole building, even though it is smoke free. The clothes in our closet even smell of it, as the smoke drifts down thru the walls. The office tries to address the issue but sadly, the offenders are not being caught. We definitely will not be renewing our lease and most likely will leave early.
