Would not recommend.

I have been actively looking for another place after three weeks of living here. While the apartment has a lot of pros- clean, new, parking, one check pays all, close to the highway, there are serious cons. One in particular- the noise. There's nothing better than living in a small, echo machine. Apartment doors and stair doors slamming constantly. And if you're super lucky the individual above you will STOMP throughout the night too- 2am or a wake up at 5am. The lovely designer of the building... was kind enough to have place the bedroom next to the hallway. So you'll hear the other tenants and their dogs walking through on your level or the level above- all day and all night. And then a ticking/ dripping sound... Which I'm assuming might be the pipes. I never really slept through the night here. But sleep headphones and noise machines helped. If they had installed carpet in the bedrooms and the hallways, it would have greatly reduced the noise. The only other con for this place is the parking garage. While it's nice to have a garage, it so small and support beams are everywhere, making it even more difficult to park your car.
