Great lofts in Scott's Addition!
I love my apartment-the high ceilings, concrete floors and unique layout! Onsite parking is included in rent. You can walk to Isley, Boulevard Burger & Brew, Gelati Celesti, Bowtie Cinemas & The Diamond. The Thalhimer team takes care of my work orders quickly! If you're looking to move to Scott's Addition at a great price, I would recommend living here!

Great Location! I LOVE it here!
The building is quiet and pet friendly which is a must since I have 2 dogs. Rent is affordable especially for the location and I have been very happy with my move and plan to renew my lease in the summer. As for the reviews below; I have never had an issue with pet waste and there is a pet waste station outside the building they have added signs to pick up after your pet recently. The few times I have had issues with trash I email the manager and it gets taken care of within the hour. I... absolutely love this area and would highly recommend living at the Altamont building. I've been here for 2 years and wouldn't change a thing!

Other review is correct. Sh!!tty place to live!
Dog crap all along the building. Trash won't get picked up in weeks. Cheaply built everything. Faucets barely work. Paper thin walls.
No ventilation, can hear about 3 neighbors, luckily I'm on the top floor. Worst apt I have lived. Don't except to be here more than a few months.
Stay away from cheap Thalhimer units!

Dog Feces & Trash Everywhere
If you have a dog and feel like letting it go to the bathroom and not cleaning it up, then this is the apartment for you. Since living here there has been dog feces inside the building, in the parking lot, and on the patios on a continual basis. It's absolutely disgusting. Thalhimer property managers will not have it cleaned. Also expect there to be trash everywhere inside and out.
Add to that the thinnest walls ever and no ventilation whatsoever... (seriously there are no windows that open... and no hvac that draws in outside air) and you have an overpriced dump that looks cool but sucks to live in.
