There are little things that need improvement. Mainly the no recycling is a big issue in my opinion. But otherwise a great community. The staff is friendly, amenities are great. Location is great. Maintenance is amazing. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. The lobby and shared spaces are always clean. It's a great place.

easy move in, friendly staff, great recommendation for moving company. everything was very clean and seamless at move-in and the apartment building is in a great spot with lots of access to great spots.

Great place overall and a very new, modern building with nice amenities and well-maintained common areas. The apartments are comfortable, and the property feels clean and updated. The main areas that could be improved are the water pressure, which is sometimes weaker than expected, and the parking situation. More strictly enforced parking rules would help avoid confusion and make parking more organized for residents and guests.
